For our store in Aubonne Outlet we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager with the following responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in driving store sales by ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Share accountability for the store's actions, performance, and overall results. Assist in managing and controlling the store payroll budget to meet or exceed company expectations. Oversee and follow up on daily workload distribution among associates to ensure merchandising and visual presentation standards are met. Lead by example - motivate, coach, and train the team through hands-on engagement in daily operations.1-3 years of relevant experience in a fashion retail environment. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a strong advantage. Passion for sales, fashion, and delivering excellent customer service. Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills. Strong merchandising and visual presentation abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - required for communication with Headquarters.
