Your Mission Lead the design and development of spatial concepts for global brand campaigns and in-store activations Create compelling 3D environments that reflect On's values of performance, innovation, and design excellence Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Visual Merchandisers, and Production team to translate brand and product stories into engaging physical experiences Design and visualize concepts using 3D software (Cinema 4D, Rhino, Blender, Keyshot, etc.) and support with technical drawings for production Guide the execution and implementation of spatial experiences, from design development to final installation Collaborate with external fabricators and production partners to bring designs to life at the highest quality Stay ahead of trends in retail design, materials, technology, and sustainability to inform forward-thinking design solutions Collaborate Across Borders: brief the regional designers and maintain a strong connection with them to ensure the quality in the execution of the campaigns in their region.
