    We're looking for an outstanding Associate Merchandiser (Temporary / Maternity Cover) to join our Napapijri Merchandising team in Stabio Switzerland. Let's Talk about the Role As Merchandising team, it is our mission to plan, define and execute the merchandising product strategy for the brand to achieve short- and long-term sales & brand growth objectives. You are taking part in the set up and development of supporting merchandising and sales tools. You love working cross functional to understand and improve tools and processes. How You Will Make a Difference In this role, you will work with assigned category team to coordinate data and information to determine new product and consumer needs, price points, strategic developments. You are expected to help champion a product's introduction from conception through go to market launch. The Associate Merchandiser is responsible for aiding in the management of the product planning process, the line plans, development information and production information for respective product categories with a very close attention to detail. The Associate Merchandiser will work closely with cross functional departments during the product development & GTM process. These areas include but are not limited to Design, Product Development, Fabric team, Planning and Business Analyst. Primary accountabilities: Create, maintain, and manage style/ colour creation in FLEX System, based on line plan requirement. Update various systems according to milestone changes [tracking file, line list, Excel, digital workbooks, assortments, overviews, price architecture.] Assist in creating and managing reports for Merchandising team. Including tracking success and failure of products on the marketplace, sell-through, etc. Help to analyse competitor products, sales programs, and collateral to aid in product line decisions. Help to ensure critical gates and dates in the process are met, data/updates are coordinated and fulfilled timely and per deadlines as assigned. Help prepare and gather garments for meeting / presentations Product lifecycle management [master data governance, data check / clean up and Fedas code] Support product merchandising team with deck to create/update assortments Coordinate and facilitate team maintaining clear organization in SharePoint Suggest product merchandising with seasonal hoc analysis Maintain business database for merchandising planning Skills for Success Experience: 2+ years. Minimum of 1 year of product management. Bachelor's degree required preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Product Management or similar Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong desire to work in the Apparel Industry and ability to identify and foresee trends with marked product sensibility. Strongly Sales-oriented mindset and analytical skills. Understands and embraces industry, consumer, and culture, on global level. Advanced computer literacy and facility with Microsoft Office, Excel, Keynote/Power Point, Illustrator and PLM system. Organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a cooperative team environment that promotes high performance standards and attainment of goals. Resourceful, hands-on, and able to sense urgency. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
