Votre mission Vous travaillez à la création de nouveaux produits en phase avec la stratégie globale de la marque. Vos responsabilités majeures Proposer de nouvelles idées produits pour les collections montres ; Assurer la création, l'adaptation et le respect des codes esthétiques de la marque ; Maintenir à jour et rafraîchir les collections existantes ; Modifier et adapter les designs de composants horlogers existants ; Développer les nouveautés en fonction des briefs design ; Développer les propositions de design pour les commandes spéciales affectées aux collections attribuées ; Création et modélisation 3D des designs pour présentation graphique réaliste et transmission de fichiers au Bureau Technique Habillage ; Collaboration étroite avec les Départements tels que le Bureau Technique Habillage et le Bureau Technique Mouvements pour le suivi esthétique des développements en cours jusqu'à validation du prototype final. Vos tâches spécifiques Analyse de la concurrence et des tendances du marché (esthétique, matériaux, techniques): Plans graphiques et techniques pour les fournisseurs : validation des plans côtés fournisseurs d'après les plans cotés réalisés au design ; Réalisation de visuels particuliers et de dessins à la main pour le département Marketing ; Réalisation de graphisme divers pour les départements Achats (écrins de présentation, plaquettes) et Accessoires (pendulettes, instruments d'écriture, boutons de manchettes, etc.) ; Collaboration avec le Département Juridique pour les dépôts de modèle ; Visites d'expositions et de foires (notamment Foire de Bâle, SIHH et EPHJ).
