NOTE: Temporary position available from July 1st 2025 until April 30th 2026 About the job: The Global Onsite Merchandising Manager drives top- and bottom-line performance for Swarovski.com, aligning with brand strategy and vision. Drive top-line and bottom-line performance by optimizing eCommerce performance, KPIs, product mix, and pricing strategies. Orchestrate global onsite merchandising activities and search optimization to boost conversion and brand consistency. Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, CRM, and content teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and ensure content accuracy. Support global eCommerce projects and innovations, including AI-driven features and platform enhancements. Serve as the main contact for local and central merchandising teams, staying updated on industry trends.
