    VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional eCommerce Merchandising Manager to join the VANS EMEA team based in Stabio, Switzerland. Let's talk about the role! As eCommerce Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing merchandising and product content strategies across Vans EMEA websites. You will ensure our consumers enjoy the best possible experience while maximizing site performance to meet business goals. We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of your role: Trading Own and manage one or more product genders and/or categories. Partner with Buying, Planning, and Allocation teams to ensure timely product availability and inventory alignment with consumer demand and launch dates. Optimize product sequencing across navigational pages based on performance indicators, content calendar, and global navigation guidelines. Enhance on-site search and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Content Collaborate with Global teams in the US to align on key brand stories and campaigns. Work with digital marketing teams to define and manage the eCommerce content calendar, ensuring creative assets meet commercial needs. Define content requirements for key commercial moments (e.g., Back-to-School, Holiday Season) to enhance customer experience and conversion. Analysis Deliver weekly, monthly, and seasonal KPI reporting. Analyze collections, search results, and navigational pages to identify actions that drive conversion and meet consumer demand. Provide insights on consumer trends to inform seasonal reviews and future buy plans, optimizing product presentation and communication. Miscellaneous Stay up to date on digital merchandising technologies that can enhance conversion and sales. Manage third-party relationships supporting the website and identify strategies to improve performance. Support site maintenance and merchandising enhancements. Skills for Success To succeed as eCommerce Merchandising Manager, you need to be consumer-focused, analytical, and collaborative. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and continuous optimization. 5-6 years of experience in a similar eCommerce role. Fluency in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to build relationships across departments. Quick learner with digital tools and platforms. Commercial and competitor awareness. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
