(d/f/m) In this exciting field of work, you will be responsible for the planning, management and analysis of the collections throughout the entire value chain. You organise all collection-related processes around our order phases and are the direct contact person for our national and international sales team. The creation of the collection framework planning is just as much a part of your area of responsibility as pricing and margin analyses. During the sales phases, you will continuously analyse sell-in data in order to create the basis for company-relevant decisions, for example in disposition. In addition, you will manage our digital sales tool on the brand side and ensure that all sales-relevant data is available to the sales team for a smooth process in the order appointments with customers. In your job, you will act as an important interface to the design team, the different procurement departments for raw materials and finished goods, the customer service as well as to controlling and marketing and thus gain a profound insight into all processes of our brand from collection creation to ordering and production. Required experience and skills: a successfully completed degree in business administration or textile and apparel management or similar apprenticeship initial experience in brand management, product management or merchandise planning/controlling in a retail or fashion & lifestyle environment good knowledge of MS Excel, initial experience with SAP would be an advantage strong communication and analytical skills as well as a high affinity for numbers a quick perception as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle Our Benefits: Our employees are essential to the success of our brands and our organization. Description du poste En tant que Brand Lead Coordinator pour le Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), vous êtes directement rattaché au Manager Brand CPO. Votre mission principale est de piloter la coordination du lancement du nouveau service CPO et de la plateforme digitale, en veillant à la cohérence de la marque sur l'ensemble des points de contact : contenus, événements, réseaux sociaux et influence. Ce rôle requiert agilité, précision et une forte sensibilité aux standards du luxe. Dans ce cadre-là, vos activités sont de : Coordonner les activités quotidiennes liées au lancement de la marque et du service CPO Agir en tant qu'interlocuteur principal entre les agences créatives/digitales et les équipes internes (Brand, Event, Digital, Retail, CRM, Legal, Content, Operations) Gérer les plannings, les livrables, les validations et la consolidation des retours. Assurer l'alignement entre les différents volets (communication, influence, événements) pour une exécution fluide Soutenir la planification et la mise en oeuvre des activations (événements, production de contenus) Préparer les réunions, consigner les décisions clés et assurer le suivi des actions Identifier rapidement les écarts ou risques et proposer des solutions pragmatiques Qualifications Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation en Communication et Marketing Digital Vous avez entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets ou coordination de marque, idéalement dans l'horlogerie ou le secteur du luxe Vous avez idéalement une expérience significative en agences spécialisées dans le luxe Vous avez une solide compréhension du brand building, de la création de contenu et des standards d'expérience client Vous êtes reconnu pour votre très bonne organisation, proactivité et aisance dans des environnements complexes Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en création de relations de travail Vous maîtrisez les outils Office et vous avez une expérience avec des plateformes de gestion de projets. La connaissance d'Orchestra est un atout Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais.
