Drive scenario planning for Open-to-Buy (OTB) and Never Out Of Stock (NOOS) programs to support dynamic decision-making. Translate demand signals into actionable supply plans, ensuring timely procurement, production, and shipment execution. Lead change and transformation, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the planning function. Your story A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related STEM field is required; an MBA is a plus. More than 10 years of experience in Demand Management and Operations within an international environment is essential. Demonstrated capability in managing and developing teams. Strong analytical skills, ability to work with Power BI and planning tools being a must; knowledge of Python coding is considered a plus. Communication and interpersonal skills are vital for engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Let's Talk about the Role As an Associate DTC Planner, you will support the planning team in building and executing merchandise plans and buy plans that drive financial objectives for our Direct-to-Consumer business. You will work closely with merchandisers, planners, buyers, and allocators to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management across channels. How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this by: Supporting seasonal and monthly planning: Building pre-season category plans and updating monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and historical trends. Monitoring inventory and sales performance: Track stock levels across channels, identify risks or opportunities, and share insights with planners and allocators to optimize availability. Updating and maintaining reporting tools: Prepare weekly trading reports, summarize KPIs, and highlight key drivers and variances for review by the planning team. Collaborating on in-season adjustments: Reforecasting sales, margin, and inventory based on trend changes, stock availability, and promotional activities. Assisting in promotional and markdown execution: Provide data inputs for promo planning, monitor performance during campaigns, and support end-of-season markdown strategy. Forecasting purchase quantities: Estimate buy quantities for each product based on historical data, current trends, and cross-functional feedback, ensuring alignment with seasonal strategies and business objectives. Skills for Success The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and passion for retail, with: University degree and 1+ years of experience in merchandising, allocation, and/or inventory planning in retail or wholesale environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); knowledge of Power Query/BI is a strong plus and highly appreciated. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and clearly communicate insights. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to condense key information from large datasets Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Profil recherché Formation universitaire ou équivalente en Logistique Industrielle ou Gestion de Production. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de planificateur, idéalement en milieu horloger avec une expérience préalable en management d'équipe. Excellente compréhension des flux logistiques, des techniques et des méthodologies de planification. Expérience en gestion de production dans un milieu industriel. Très bonne maitrise d'un ERP (idéalement SAP) et des outils bureautiques (MS Office). Capacité à animer et motiver une équipe. Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse. Organisé et rigoureux.
