This comes to life through a decades-long commitment to make products responsibly, protect the outdoors, and strengthen communities around the world.Let’s Talk about the RoleReporting to the Brand Creative Senior Director, you are in a leadership role focused on the visual strategy and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with the brand's overall vision and energy. Art Director: Responsible for the overall visual direction and aesthetic of all branded content, ensuring they are visually compelling and effectiveGTM (Go-To-Market): Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of launching a product or service into the market, encompassing everything from pre-launch marketing to post-launch supportWhat you will do: Develop and implement compelling and engaging visual strategy for campaigns, ensuring brand objectives and consistencyOversee the creation of visual assets, such as imagery, graphics, and videoCollaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure alignment and consistencyStay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in visual communication.Manage budgets and timelines with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to lifeUnderstand the target audience and market landscape to develop visuals that resonate with the intended audienceHow you will do it:  Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure that creative assets are aligned with overall marketing strategies and launch plansCollaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective creative executionManage tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projectsPresent ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as neededWhat do you need to succeed?We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundational skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like art, design, marketing, advertising, graphic design, or communications or related fields is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements in creative roles (perhaps starting as a graphic designer, photographer, or other creative position) and your strong portfolio.The foundational skills you will need in this position are: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsStrong sense of concepts and ability to clearly articulate an idea through specific references and design compositions.Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines.Managerial skills, including delegating tasks.Ability to adapt to different styles and visions to fit clients’ guidelines.Comfort with technology related to art as well as the latest production and art techniquesStrong knowledge of the Adobe suite and all current toolsVideo editing abilityPost-production abilityWillingness to receive and implement feedback to improve designsSolid experience in image making and industry relationshipsThe ability to manage and execute toolkitsStrong understanding of market trends - including new and existing talentFashion experience a plus, we will consider a personal understanding of brands and sectors across luxury, contemporary and commercial.VF is a global apparel company connecting people to the lifestyles they cherish through our family of iconic brands.
