As an Innovation Management Senior Lead you will: Lead and manage the strategic pillar focusing on reducing our environmental footprint within the Innovation Portfolio in line with On's Sustainability strategy and On's Long Range Plan Be the project manager for innovation concepts and big bet technologies within this pillar and successfully drive cross-functional project teams from ideation to implementation Be a sparring partner to the different functions within the Sustainability team (e.g. Circularity, Strategy and Materials), and Product Strategy to align on priorities, assess partnerships and define strategies aligned with the Innovation Portfolio Represent Innovation at On's Sustainability Taskforce and effectively collaborate with members from Sustainability, Product Creation, Product Strategy, Sourcing and Design departments among others, to be the catalyst and drive the implementation of impactful and scalable sustainability initiatives Act as a sustainability ambassador within the innovation team, promoting awareness and integration of sustainability priorities and practices Assess and advise on the business impact of new partners and innovations and prepare the business case to rollout and scale up emerging technologies Build and manage the relationship with innovation strategic partners, define the collaboration and legal frameworks and lead the negotiations Your story MBA, M.A. or M.Sc.
