THE ETHOS STUDIO
The RoleYou will support how The Ethos Studio shows up on TikTok—working closely with our Social Media Manager on content creation, daily execution, and performance insights. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas and creative input, while receiving clear direction and feedback. All content and reporting will be reviewed and approved by the Social Media Manager to ensure consistency and quality. What You’ll Do• Create and edit TikTok content aligned with The Ethos Studio’s aesthetic (minimum 2 posts per day)• Support TikTok scheduling, posting, and day-to-day platform management• Participate in content brainstorming, trend scouting, and weekly planning• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, formats, audio, and fashion content• Support community engagement and storytelling• Prepare monthly performance reports and insights• Assist with styling, product shoots, and creative direction when needed
