    Mission Dans le cadre de cette fonction, rattachée à la Division Gestion, Il faudra développer, implémenter et maintenir nos applications de Service management, bâties sur la plateforme ServiceNow. Élaborer les solutions techniques et proposer les configurations ou les architectures à mettre en oeuvre, les évaluer et proposer les choix adaptés aux besoins. Responsabilités Être en charge du maintien en condition opérationnelle et de l'évolution de la plateforme ServiceNow. Participer au recueil des besoins auprès des utilisateurs, réalisation des estimations et traductions en solutions techniques. Développer ou faire développer les solutions selon les besoins métiers, les bonnes pratiques et les possibilités de l'outil. Documenter, procéder aux phases de tests et de recettes des applications développées. Être l'interlocuteur technique privilégié pour les intégrateurs, l'éditeur et les autres services du Système d'information (Infrastructure & Ops, Cybersécurité...) sur les logiciels et applications dans son périmètre. Gérer la sécurité de la plateforme - accès, rôles et permissions, respect normes internes et externes (RGPD, ...), documentation DRP. Participer activement à la définition et à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie de développement de la plateforme ServiceNow, et coordination des releases annuelles. Assurer une veille technologique sur les évolutions possibles de la plateforme. Animer les communautés d'utilisateurs / Process owners. Avoir la gestion possible d'autres outils digitaux de productivité (ex. Aris). Profil recherché Diplôme d'Ingénieur ou équivalent. Certification ITIL V3 Foundation - idéalement ITIL V4. Certification ServiceNow System Administrator Anglais niveau B2 au minimum. Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans la réalisation de projets ServiceNow. Maîtrise des processus ITSM indispensable. Capable de coordonner l'activité d'intégrateurs sur les projets. Capacité à surveiller et à s'adapter aux évolutions technologiques émergentes. La maîtrise de Javascript est un atout.
