Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join us as Head of Retail. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth, operational excellence, and elevate brand presence across all retail locations. As a leader of leaders, you will inspire Regional and City Directors, setting the standard for execution, collaboration, and people leadership. You'll take full ownership of the fascia's performance, overseeing showroom operations and delivering results through strategies that maximise sales, profitability, and client experience. This role is critical in partnering with senior leaders across the UK business, representing both fascia and wider retail needs while nurturing brand relationships and fostering a high-performance culture. About You Significant experience of a senior leadership role within retail/luxury hospitality, managing a team of senior managers. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing multi-location operations on a national scale and delivering commercial success. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financials, KPIs, and profitability drivers. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills, with experience in managing senior-level individuals, including experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams Strategic thinking ability, with the capacity to develop and execute effective strategies. Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Job Description As a Regional Director, you will oversee multiple high-value showrooms within a defined region, ensuring our purpose and values are consistently delivered through exceptional team performance. You will drive commercial success by implementing entrepreneurial strategies, maintaining high standards, and fostering a collaborative culture across London and the wider business. Your leadership will focus on three key pillars: Commercials - Delivering strong financial performance and operational excellence. People - Inspiring, developing, and influencing teams, creating robust succession plans, and building future leadership capability. Client Experience - Championing a luxury experience that exceeds expectations and strengthens client relationships. Acting as the vital link between the Support Office, retail network, clients, and business partners, you will champion strong relationships and deliver outstanding results.
