As Digital Sales Project Manager, you will oversee the global deployment of digital solutions for Key Accounts and cross-functional projects in Sales, Marketing, and Logistics - excluding E-Commerce.
You will act as the strategic and operational link between Business and IT, ensuring technical integration, project quality, and team leadership.
Main Responsibilities
Lead complex international projects, including technical integrations, business initiatives, and multi- or mono-brand programs. Define and implement the global strategy: roadmap, budget, KPIs tracking, and executive reporting. Serve as the primary contact for Sales projects in China and for internal and external technical partners. Ensure high service quality by supervising project documentation, training materials, and Helpdesk support. Bridge Business and IT teams by translating technical topics into business language and aligning priorities. Represent and defend projects before Management, subsidiaries, and external partners. Manage, coach, and develop the Digital Sales team, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and performance.
