We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager to become part of our Human Resources Business Unit. The ideal candidate will autonomously handle the full spectrum of payroll tasks, including: What you can expect: Independently oversee the complete payroll process, from SAP input to bank transfers and accounting recording; Manage the SAP interface, from organizational chart updates to personal data input; Handle company insurance programs, including accident, illness, unemployment coverage, as well as Pension Fund management together with Broker and related institutions; Coordinate with external entities, such as the family allowance fund - cassa assegni familiari, withholding tax office - ufficio imposte alla fonte, and labour office; Conduct annual financial closing and facilitate external Auditor reviews. #LI-DC1 Your profile: Have extensive experience in a similar role in Switzerland, with expertise in Swiss fiscal and labour law; Possess a solid background in HR Administration and Compensation & Benefits; Demonstrate deep knowledge of MS Office and SAP, with SuccessFactors as an added advantage; Native Italian speaker and proficient command of English; German is a plus; Display adaptability and strong analytical abilities; Showcase excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
