Your contribution: Reporting and Performance Boost - You will systemize and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly market/boutique performance reporting, including flash reports, productivity analysis, and KPIs. - You will develop and deliver monthly reporting and rankings for markets, C-level management, and the board. - You will support annual and quarterly budget reviews and contribute to the preparation of Strategic Plans. - You will provide weekly and monthly business analyses from boutique to market level, monitoring economic and competitive trends. - You will drive adoption, accuracy, and continuous improvement of boutique dashboards and key pillars for Retail Managers and Boutique Managers. - You will manage and track retail boutique network expansion, closures, and refurbishments.
