The Warehouse Coordinator will be an important member of the team by supporting the Operations Team EMEA and will work in close collaboration with the order book manager, supply and demand planning, customer service, customer experience and marketing teams.
Furthermore, you will ensure that the warehouse in Embrach is performing before we conduct the transition to the new 3PL in 2024. You will be responsible for aligning the inventory balances in the warehouse and the On Running ERP. During the transitional period you will support the Global Logistic team during the transition from the old to the new warehouse.
You will work 3-4 days at the warehouse in Embrach and the remaining days at the HQ in Zurich or in your home office.

Your Mission:
- Work together with Logistic Service Providers (LSP) to make sure smooth daily operations on site in Switzerland
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Customer Service, to ensure on-time delivery of all merchandise and non-merchandise products
- Daily Order & Task prioritization based on business needs
- Monitor KPIs on B2B / B2C processes with LSP closely, investigate and solve root causes for anomalies, and develop and implement corrective actions with LSP on the shop floor as well as from On side.
- Support Customer Service & Operations Team remotely, e.g. order prioritisation in the warehouse or urgent delivery requests
- Support the Global Logistic team during the transition from the old 3PL to the new
- Manage inventory-related transactions and reconciliation of the warehouse in Switzerland through monthly inventory syncs and inventory journal adjustments
- Warehouse work experience and profound understanding of warehouse processes
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role that requires managing LSPs, ability to drive for results with LSP
- Fluent verbal and written German skills (minimum C2 language level)
- Detail oriented, well-organized, communicative and hands-on personality, with a good understanding of what matters in delivering good customer experience and ease of doing business
- Good understanding in ERP system and WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with Excel
