Visual Merchandising- Retail Menswear (Creative Office Milan)

We are men`s fashion brand looking to complete our team with a Visual Merchandiser based in Milano, Italy. Focusing on Collating, devising and issuing visual store communications, management of visual communications Display rules, guidelines Display points – creating a strong VM guidelines.

Experienced using either 3D mock up,SketchUp or Photoshop and powerpoint is a must.

A minimum of 1-2 years previous experience at a Visual Merchandising level is mandatory.

Position's scope:
Ensures consistency of the visual Image by setting up display visuals and installations forms according to corporate manuals and tools create visual strategy in team work with our Fashion design & graphic team.

Requirements
·      Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager.
·      Excellent use of Adobe Creative Suite.
·      Knowledge of written and spoken English
·      Teamwork approach
·      2D % 3D Design: AutoCAD or SketchUp
·      Technical Drawings
·      Light Design
·      Knowledge of the luxury fashion Industry
·      International mobility, free to travel.

Responsibilities
·       Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy in teamwork with fashion design team and sales directors.
·       Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the costumer through the entire store.
·       Create window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
·       Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
·       Come up with, revise and present design ideas.
·       Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
·       Monitor costs and oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays by Foto images send.
·       Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
·       Liaise with suppliers and source elements research lifestyle, demographics and design trends
·       Visit and manage VM standards in markets, working with local sales managers.
