With more than 25 brands Estée Lauder Companies is the global leader in prestige beauty, recognized for its skincare, make-up, fragrances, and hair care products. In Switzerland, Estée Lauder has the main Supply Chain Hub for Travel Retail and EMEA. We are now looking to hire two Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) Procurement Managers for our EMEA Procurement team in Wollerau, Switzerland. You will be leading the EMEA Skincare or Make-up TPM projects for cross category to achieve business objectives with support from the category lead, and will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and communicating performance measurement to generate remediation plans in order to improve EMEA's regional performance. The successful candidate will be a strong change management officer and will build long-lasting relationship at all levels, internally & externally, while reporting into the EMEA Procurement Lead for Third Party Manufacturing. Your main responsibilities will include: - Drive continuous improvement process by partnering with internal/external stakeholders, regional cross functional teams to deliver cost savings per year. - Partner with global / regional counterparts in GSR, Manufacturing, Resource Planning & Quality Assurance on initiatives to attain continual improvement in supplier performance on Cost, Service, Quality, Innovation and Sustainability. - Lead and support regional TPM procurement strategies deployment & approaches to drive supply Chain efficiency by negotiating, developing / setting contracts and agreements in order to align with Global TPM Strategy. - Drive supplier led continuous improvement process for cost, innovation, quality, service and Sustainability. - Facilitate communication within Global Supplier Relation, Material Management, Planning and across other departments to ensure efficient flow of information. - Maintain market intelligence on category supply base in region, as well as manage supply base to create a competitive market environment in each category. - Collaborate with related functions and teams globally to manage supply, capacity, quality, delivery, financial issues etc. to ensure issue resolution and avoid supply problems. - Identify cross regional sourcing synergies and coordinate interactions between regional and global teams. - Support analysis around capital investment decisions, budget and trade-off recommendations. - Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting imports and exports, country of origin and all other requirements that may impact timely and efficient product supply.

Profil recherché

We are looking for someone who brings: - Academic background with a Bachelor/Master's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Operations. - 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant supply chain functions, preferably in the consumer goods or relevant industries (healthcare, chemicals, luxury, etc.). - Ideally experience in a global, multi-brand, multi-channel environment complemented by understanding of inter-company procurement processes. - Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication and networking skills. - Must be a fact-based decision maker, pragmatic, resourceful, and proactive. - Business level fluency in English required, any other language knowledge is a plus. - Good understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP ECC, SAP SRM, and Ariba Sourcing and Contracts) and Excel. - Able to comfortably navigate throughout different transactions, run, adapt and preferably build reports.
