- Guarantee the technical definition of the belts collection according with Creative and Brand Management and ensuring the tech sheets output;
- Be point of reference for proto and pre industrialization meetings in order to ensure respect of deadlines;
- Safeguarding the sample allocation, delivery performance and production quality checking according to HUGO BOSS standard;
- Manage and ensure smooth and effective communication and relation with subsidiaries and external development partners;
- Trip to suppliers (about 50% of working time) so to attend in house development meeting and quality check sessions.

- Have at least 5 years' experience in similar role developed in fashion International Companies and a strong knowledge of belts products.
- Have advance competencies of MS-Office, knowledge of an ERP will be a plus;
- Be fluent in Italian and have a good English knowledge;
- Provide the ability to manage complex and multilevel relations inside and outside the Company, as well as negotiation and persuasiveness capability;
- Have a strong team working, networking attitude and high organizational skills with ability to work by objective.
