- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of quality assurance in an international environment, within a regional or global function.
- You hold a master's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Microbiology.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as technical report/writing and presentation skills.
- You are at ease partnering with multiple suppliers across Europe.
- You strive for excellence in execution and demonstrate proactivity to seek ways to improve personal and organizational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs.
- You are creative, dynamic and flexible (30% travel).
- The business language is English, any other additional languages such as French or Italian is a plus.
