-Reporting to an area or regional manager.
-Interviewing, recruiting, and training new employees.
-Managing the store’s budgets.
-Overseeing the staff roster.
-Making sure that there is adequate stock.
-Dealing with customer service issues.
-Maintaining statistical and financial records.

·You can multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
-Excellent accounting ability and IT skills.
