The candidate must represent the image and values of the brand on the front line and will have the full responsibility to effectively manage the activities of the store and the team. He will be responsible for achieving the pdv's turnover objectives, team motivation and management, cost control and operational store activities (logistics, personnel costs, administration, internal auditing, merchandising plan). He will also monitor KPIs and team performance by producing specific reports aimed at analyzing business data and taking the most appropriate actions to maximize pdv profits, manage staff training and talent acquisition phase.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the Fashion & Retail world, a charismatic approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
He has many years of experience in the management and development of a team, cost control, KPI maximization and has gained an excellent knowledge of human resources policies and processes. Excellent leadership and result orientation skills complete the profile.
