Description du poste

On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile, to lead the team in their Luxury Boutique in Zürich:


Duties and responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high performing team (up to 6 people)
Recruitment and Training of new employees
Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
Improve Client loyalty
Excellent clientelling
Responsable for all the business in the boutique
KPI analysis, Reports of sales and Planning
Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and Asset and Profit Protection strategies are followed in order to minimize any losses
Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows
Stock planning
Buying activity
Be a Brand Ambassador

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
  • Qualified degree
  • 5 years of experience as Store Manager in Luxury/Retail field
  • German native
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Strong Network in Zürich
  • Analitical skills: with experience in KPI, capable to provide sales analyses and reports
  • Good IT knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Excellent standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic
  • Able to manage a multicultural environment
