In your role you will partner closely with regional operations and tech teams and report directly to the Head of Intralogistics. Your Mission
Plan and Coordinate Integration Projects:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to understand integration requirements and project objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for WMS integration projects.
- Coordinate resources and tasks to ensure successful project execution. Develop and Execute Integration Initiatives:
- Develop technical specifications to enhance ERP processes and 3PL communication from both business and technical perspectives.
- Conduct integration testing (SIT/UAT) to validate data accuracy, system functionality, and performance.
- Engage with 3PL partners to establish communication channels and data exchange protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance to 3PL teams during the integration process.
- Foster collaborative relationships with 3PL partners to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor ongoing integration processes and system performance to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to integration configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to warehouse systems integration and automation
- Leverage industry knowledge to recommend innovative solutions and improvements to integration processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience (+3 years) in warehouse systems integration, in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Expertise in configuring, customizing and testing WMS integration solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred.
- Strong understanding of data exchange protocols and integration methods (e.g., APIs, EDI).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes. This includes knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, picking and packing processes, and shipping.
- Profound project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and conducting integration testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
