Join us in revolutionizing our warehouse operations and supply chain through automation and seamless integration with our 3PL partners! As a Warehouse Systems Integration Specialist, your primary mission is to plan, execute, and test Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration projects with third-party logistics (3PL) managed warehouses. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data exchange and collaboration between our company's systems and those of our 3PL partners, enabling efficient warehouse operations and enhancing supply chain visibility. You will have the freedom to be creative and experiment with new technologies and we encourage you to find new and innovative ways to solve issues through diversity of thought while at the same time enjoying working within a passionate team drawn from the global community. In your role you will partner closely with regional operations and tech teams and report directly to the Head of Intralogistics. This position is based in Zurich, Switzerland and our working language is English.

Your Mission

Plan and Coordinate Integration Projects:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to understand integration requirements and project objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for WMS integration projects.
• Coordinate resources and tasks to ensure successful project execution. Develop and Execute Integration Initiatives:
• Develop technical specifications to enhance ERP processes and 3PL communication from both business and technical perspectives.
• Conduct integration testing (SIT/UAT) to validate data accuracy, system functionality, and performance.

Collaborate with 3PL Partners:

• Engage with 3PL partners to establish communication channels and data exchange protocols.
• Provide technical support and guidance to 3PL teams during the integration process.
• Foster collaborative relationships with 3PL partners to facilitate seamless project execution.

Monitor and Optimize Integration Performance:

• Monitor ongoing integration processes and system performance to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to integration configurations, processes, and best practices.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to warehouse systems integration and automation
• Leverage industry knowledge to recommend innovative solutions and improvements to integration processes.

Your story

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience (+3 years) in warehouse systems integration, in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Expertise in configuring, customizing and testing WMS integration solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred.
• Strong understanding of data exchange protocols and integration methods (e.g., APIs, EDI).
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes. This includes knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, picking and packing processes, and shipping.
• Profound project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and conducting integration testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
