The global Business Transformation team is looking for a Business Capability Owner to join the Supply Chain enablement P2P/Logistics team at the On Labs in Zurich. Your story
- Degree or deep knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience as an Operations Business Capability Owner, Business Analyst, or in a Logistics role, with a strong emphasis on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Logistics process management. Deep functional and strategic understanding of the Business Capability Owner role and its impact on organizational strategy is required.
- Technical knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, and general knowledge about WMS systems are highly appreciated.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging Advanced Analytics (or Intelligent Automation) and advanced proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to drive operational excellence while bringing expertise to company projects. Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication come naturally.
- You are comfortable working highly independently and proactive initiative comes naturally.
- You can multitask, prioritize and thrive in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
- You demonstrate resilience and flexibility and you are attentive to industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.
