Are you the next Retail IT Project Manager that can bring clarity to complexity. Oversee projects from concept, implementation to production.

We are looking for a Retail IT Project Manager to join our team with a focus on retail expansion and take the IT infrastructure to the next level.

Working closely with our project team and global IT Operations team you will be the main contact for the IT infrastructure for our retail stores.

This includes being part of the planning concepts, the procurement of hardware, the implementation of IT equipment, store device management, IT compliance and managing ongoing maintenance, updates and support relating to the IT infrastructure.

Your Team:

A small dynamic team focusing on infrastructure and technology for retail, office and showroom expansions, IT related projects and new innovation. This team forms part of the larger IT Services and Operations team.

Your Mission:

• Concept planning of IT infrastructure by working closely with Brand IT, and Construction project teams to ensure deadlines are met for store openings
• Internet provider planning and management
• Procurement of IT hardware and implementation of hardware
• Vendor assessment and relations, incl. definition of quality and service standards
• Budget Tracking
• In-store device management
• Security camera installation and management, incl access control for stores
• Information security and compliance for regulatory purposes (e.g. PCI DSS, GDPR), incl, ongoing compliance checks
• Follow and implement On's IT Global standards, ensure local specifications as needed
• Hardware, software and license updates and regular performance testing
• Ongoing maintenance and system monitoring, support local IT Retail Teams with relevant playbooks

Your Story:

• Proven work experience in retail or office expansions or similar role
• Experience in projects from concept to delivery
• Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks
• Good communication skills and s
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Awareness of IT compliance and audit requirements
• Ability to adapt quickly and find solutions
• Cisco Meraki related knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Available for international travel when required
