Based in our Geneva office, and part of our Central Europe team (Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic), you will be supporting the full Retail team: Retail Development, Retail Performance and Training department with their daily activities.
You will have interaction with 14 stores in 5 countries with 6 languages, be a partner for the stores and help them with all their requests, problem solver.
You will be joining our Retail development department on the following missions:
- Creation of new KPI’s (key performance indicators) follow up tools
- Analysis and reporting on Retail KPI’s for the whole region
- Creation of Purchase Orders through SAP
- Assistance on administrative activities such as Travel booking, meeting, training preparation, etc.
- Daily store supports on the whole region
Windows Office proficiency: High level of Excel and Powerpoint
Languages: English and preferably French or / and German
Plus: limited or extensive experience in a Retail store
