Receptionist (d/f/m) in part-time 50 %

As part of your varied job, you will be responsible for the independent operation of all communication channels such as telephone or e-mail of the reception. Due to your courteous and friendly appearance, you are able to receive all guests, customers, applicants or business partners and to bring them into contact with the respective departments. With your reliable and conscientious way of working, you also take care of various administrative tasks.

Required experience and skills:

• successfully completed vocational apprenticeship with a commercial or administrative focus
• a distinctive communication talent as well as a high social competence
• good skills in the common MS-Office applications
• extreme time flexibility and availability at short notice
• a friendly and serious appearance
• passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
