Description du poste
Problem Solving (20%):
- Assist the DC EMEA Lead with communication and follow up on finished good defect investigations starting from internal and/or external complaints and non-conformances noticed on products stored in Distribution Center
- Coordinate with the planning team in cases of a quality issues or nonconformances
- Ensure sampling process is managed appropriately in cases of quality defects and further investigations
Independence and Accountability (20%):
- Execute stock checks, stock statuses changes and the related warehouse Quality activities
- Support enhancements and upgrades of Warehouse Management Systems and interfaces
- Support stock reconciliation and assist with Value Added Services in cases arising locally
- Interact with the project team that sets up DCs to consult on GDP and ensure subsequent implementation
Leadership (20%):
- Align with internal departments (inventory, planning, ME, etc.) and colleagues from other ELC plants regarding reworks of DC stored items
- Support Site Lead Management on Management Reviews as responsible for reporting of QA metrics
- Execute self-evaluations based on GDP regulations in the Distribution Centers
- Establish cooperation with internal departments as stakeholder for different projects
Decision making/Compliance (40%):
- Ensure GDP compliance and implementation of QA processes in all the Distribution Centers
- Check all returns for QA standards and make final decision for destruction/redeployment
- Supports re-work activities through setting up work instructions and checking re-works for QA standards and make final decision if and when products are good for deployment
- Visually ensure that all destructions fully comply with corporate quality, security and financial guidelines
- Maintain appropriate records and quality documentation related to storage and shipment
- Assist in recall activities when applicable
Profil recherché
- 5 to 8 years of work experience in Quality Assurance with cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical products or other regulated industries.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP or other Warehouse/Inventory Management System.
- Knowledge of GDP regulations including internal auditing skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to build up relationships within other DC's and Affiliates
- Problem solving and facilitation skills
- Willing to be hands on and pay attention to detail
- English and German proficiency level required
