As Quality Innovation Manager you work closely with the innovation project teams to ensure compliance to La Prairie quality standards from feasibility stage through product launch, until post launch reviews.

How you will create a beautiful impact:
- Lead the quality partnership with cross-functional teams in new product development.
- Ensure the implementation & execution of quality guidelines through the product lifecycle (end-to-end).
- Strategic and early involvement in innovation projects ensuring clear information flow, decision making, and escalation of quality challenges.
- Review new quality requirement for innovative products from design to sustainable manufacturing.
- Cooperate with Core team members and sourcing teams to evaluate the quality capabilities of new 3PMs, new critical suppliers, or new business models.
- Integrate (connect and harmonize) Quality processes with key functions as Innovation Management, R&D Formula and Packaging, Marketing, and Manufacturing / 3PM quality teams.
- Coordinate post launch review for new product launches.
- Maintain and improve constantly documentation on process related to quality innovation.
- University degree or equivalent in an applicable field such as engineering, or other relevant scientific discipline.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in FMCG production, preferably cosmetic industry.
- Proven experience in Quality Management with project management experience, ideally in manufacturing or R&D cosmetic product development.
- Experience with complex packaging developments would be of advantage.
- Resilient and agile, with the ability to approach changes with a solution-oriented outlook.
- Great attention to detail when managing quality related topics.
- Excellent communicator, fluent in English with the ability to influence positively.
