In Switzerland, Estée Lauder Companies is represented by following brands: Estée Lauder, Clinique, M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, Tommy Hilfiger, La Mer, Donna Karan, Aveda, Jo Malone, Glam Glow, Frédéric Malle, Tom Ford, Smashbox, Ermenegildo Zegna, Bumble & Bumble, and many more We looking for a new Product and Trade Marketing Executive to join our Headquarter in Zurich starting from as soon as possible. Mission Builds trade marketing plan in sync with consumer calendar, with a detailed animation and promotional plan by Retailer. Monitors all instore execution. Supports online/ offline Commercial teams to prepare for Retailer discussions (focusing on trade & promo calendar, VM execution, product related topics) Manages product portfolio per channel, retailer, door type Sets prices according to regional and global policies Owns the brands sales drivers and contributes to forecast accuracy Key activities Trade Marketing: Builds a detailed promotion and trade marketing calendar and monitors execution Updates planograms by Retailer and door type (for trade animation, as newness planogram is managed by PM) Budget management including planning, monitoring and measuring effectiveness Understands competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition, informs brand and commercial team on competition activity to develop mitigation plan Excellence in execution: drives innovation and improvement on trade & visual merchandising plans. Key activities Product Marketing: Manages product portfolio online/ offline; performs analyses; understands competitive assortment; delivers retail planograms Monitors product related visual assets and master data (e.g. local product codes) Leads RRP recommendations & overview and monitors pricing plan execution across channels. Works closely with Supply Chain to monitor stocks and sell through data. Owns the brands sales drivers and ensures forecast accuracy. Responsible for NPL forecasting and tracking. Contributes to Visual Merchandising decision-making (quantities, regional vs local production) and monitoring (budget, quality, delay).

Profil recherché

What you will bring: Degree in business or marketing and with 1+ year working experience in related field and industry Proficient with Microsoft Office package including Excel, Word, Powerpoint Strong communication skills, verbally, in presentations and written. Experience in multifunctional team work across local and regional, different functions and levels. Multi-tasking is your skill and you can work well with multiple topics at once Proactive, independent, organized, accountable and passionate, working effortlessly to take the team and your brands to the next level. Proficient in German and English. French is a plus.
