Are you the next Office IT Project Manager that can bring clarity to complexity. Oversee office expansion projects from concept, implementation to delivery and handover.

This is an opportunity for a Office IT Project Manager to join our team with a focus on office expansions and take the IT infrastructure and IT hardware to the next level.

Your Mission

Working closely with our construction team and project management team you will be the main contact for all IT related topics for our expansions.

This includes being part of the planning concepts, the procurement of hardware, the delivery and installation of hardware, IT compliance and managing ongoing maintenance, monitoring and reporting.

• Concept planning of IT infrastructure by working closely with On Brand, IT, and construction project team to ensure deadlines are met for location openings
• Internet provider planning and management
• Procurement of IT hardware and installation of hardware
• Vendor assessment and relations, including definition of quality and service standards
• Budget Tracking
• Follow and implement On's IT Global standards, ensure local specifications as needed
• Hardware and license updates, upgrades and regular performance testing
• Maintenance and performance monitoring,
• Documentation management
• Implementation of workflows and processes

Your story

• Proven work experience in expansions or similar role
• Experience in projects from concept to delivery
• Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks
• Strong communication skills
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Awareness of IT compliance and audit requirements
• Ability to adapt quickly and find solutions
• Cisco Meraki related knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Some international travel when required
