The Manager Finance Controlling will oversee the improvement of the current manufacturing controlling deliverables. Your contribution:
SAP related:
- Take a leading role in the FI/CO domain; SME FI/CO responsibility within Breitling
- Ensure that the SAP set-up will be aligned with relevant financial accounting and reporting standards as well as internal control and compliance regulations
- Monitor the day-to-day activities of SAP engagements and be responsible for successful delivery for Breitling with a particular focus on Finance related processes and finance applications
- Support project teams in operational and financial aspects to ensure best practices and standard implementation as much as possible
- Active role in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing as well as interim and annual audit
- Drive and coordinate various departments over budget process to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections
- Analyze monthly variances and provide actionable insights with focus points on industrial P&L
- Build up a risk management approach and implement internal control matrix in collaboration with other operations departments to raise any P&L risks to hierarchy
- Provide ad-hoc project related financial analysis and participate to relevant financial or transformation initiatives
You will fit well to our squad if:
- You have ideally a master's degree in accounting or finance
- You have experience of working in a regional or global headquarters and across international affiliates
- You have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance
- You are ideally experienced within the FMCG, Lifestyle and/or Luxury industry combined with or audit company experience in the relevant industries
- You have a good level of communication skills in English and French
- You have ERP and Microsoft Office knowledge and you are up to date with technical financial knowledge (IFRS standards and accounting treatments)
