Description du poste
The CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist will contribute to manage design and the development of the CRM strategy.
She/he will contribute to develop and configure digital automated customer journeys and tactical campaigns.
The role will also be key in implementing and optimizing the use of CRM platform (Salesforce) providing support to the various company areas (E-commerce, Marketing, B2B, Corporate Communication).
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role will also be key in implementing and optimizing the use of CRM platform (Salesforce) providing support to the various company areas (E-commerce, Marketing, B2B, Corporate Communication).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define, implement and maintain all workflows within the CRM platform
- Manage CRM customer database, including integration of new data elements and solutions to support new project and initiatives
- Define and keep track of CRM KPIs through reports, monitoring results and goals
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of activities related to the CRM platform
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in management of email marketing & marketing automation processes.
- Understanding of campaign tools and CRM software (Salesforce background is preferred)
- International mindset and a strong customer centric approach.
- Accountability for driving key business objectives.
- Organizational skills
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Excel and PowerPoint use
- Experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Know how to integrate data within Marketing Automation platforms
- Knowledge of relational and SQL databases
- Familiar with front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery)
