Your Mission:
- Manage inventory related transactions and reconciliation at a group of our LSP warehouses through monthly inventory sync's and inventory journal adjustments
- Daily monitoring of individual SKUs with unusual high differences between On's ERP and our LSP's WMS. Follow up on the root cause(s) with the support of the stakeholders such as Customer Service, LSP, Finance
- Oversee the monthly inventory sync process for the Luxemburg, Switzerland, and UK 3PL warehouses
- Identify end of life SKU's and coordinate liquidation with On's Sales Directors
- Create new and better processes as you identify opportunities to improve our metrics and lead cross-functional efforts in our quest to deliver world class supply chain inventory accuracy metrics
- Scheduling and supporting inventory audits in coordination with outside auditing firms
- Periodic onsite visits to 3PL warehouses to develop inventory procedures and monitor cycle count activities
- Collaborate with the finance & controlling team to develop a global inventory policy
- Lead process development for upcoming warehouse relocation with associated replenishment process for 2 active warehouse facilities
- Preferably 3 years of inventory control experience or relatable experience
- Experience managing inventory balances at multi-site locations, managing 20,000+ SKU's and 1 million+ units inventory
- Microsoft D365 ERP experience is a plus
- Demonstrated success in problem solving
- Highly proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to develop inventory process SOP's
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Business fluent English, any other European language is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented and flexible; able to prioritize workload
- Demonstrated desire to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility
- Flexibility to travel to our DC's on occasion and ability to work flexible where needed (e.g. for monthly inventory sync process)
