Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the logistics requirements of Canada Goose AG Intl. The purpose of the inventory control & Supply Chain Service team is to maintain best practice inventory & Supply Chain processes across all retail locations and warehouses in Europe and in the UK.
This includes assisting in cycle count and annual physical count activities as well as verifying documentation and EDI transmissions, maintaining SOPs for daily deliverables and ensuring compliance with the daily requirements of other departments.
The Supply Chain coordinator reports into the LEAD - Inventory Control & Supply Chain Services.

Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the logistics requirements of Canada Goose AG Intl. The purpose of the inventory control & Supply Chain Service team is to maintain best practice inventory & Supply Chain processes across all retail locations and warehouses in Europe and in the UK.

The Supply Chain coordinator reports into the LEAD - Inventory Control & Supply Chain Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor execution of inventory management and work with supply chain team to resolve potential issues in a timely fashion
- KPI tracking and improvement (service level, forecast accuracy, etc.)
- Interact with internal teams and sales divisions to understand demand forecast drivers and to determine production demand
- Ensure SOX compliance in processes and documentation
- Assist to create / develop and execute current and new process flows
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with team members and cross-functionally
- Support on ongoing projects
- Create and assistance on Inventory Transfers between the Virtual WH and 3PL
- Reviewing and maintaining inventory accuracy data to monitor the performance of the 3PLs
- Organize Transfers between the 3PL
- Deputy & Support the Inventory Team
- 2-3 years of business experience, dealing with Supply Chain Management
- Supply Chain Certification of some type of an asset
- Language: English and any other European language
- Accurate and up to date data on all KPIs
- Exceptional relationships with internal stakeholders
- Assist on generate and optimize the Supply Chain process & flow
- Accurate inventory to a 99.8% target across finished goods storage facilities
- Working knowledge of Global inventory requirements
- Working knowledge of Global Supply Chain
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and logical mindset
- Good financial and business awareness
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office products
- Office and manufacturing environment
- Hybrid model of open office space and working from home
