Description du poste
Ensure an excellent presence of our brand offline as well as online. The role involves communication and coordination with several internal departments (Sales, Customer Development, Marketing, Finance and international Headquarters) as well as our clients.
Merchandising & POS Excellence:
Ensure an excellent planning and execution of our in-store activities at our customers’ top doors (promotions, windows, visuals, POS material, print material, GWPs, etc.)
Provide our field sales force and key accounts with perfect shelf layouts and merchandising for our brands
Drive and monitor optimization of our brand and product pages at our customers’ webshops
Activate relevant online tools in cooperation with our Marketing team and our customers
Analytics & Reportings:
Conduct retail generic reportings and sell-out analysis regarding customers’ development
Conduct online audits regarding top sellers and customers’ online evolution
Training & Support:
Support our trainer & agency in the organization of freelancer trainings
Help in the preparation of internal and external sales meetings
Daily support to the field sales force regarding retail projects
Experience: Previous internship experience in Retail, E-Tailing and/or Marketing, experience or interest in luxury and/or fragrances industry will be highly valued
Education: Degree in Business Administration or similar
Languages: Mother tongue French or German (with good knowledge of the other language) & fluent in English
- Proactive and autonomous attitude at handling multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented work with effective time management
- Strong communication skills with proven cross-department interaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
