At On, the most exciting and fastest-growing global sports brand, we are looking for Head of Supply Chain Technology to join our Global Supply Chain team. This is a new leadership role for our existing Supply Chain System & Innovation, and Data Analytics teams. The goal of the newly integrated team is to create more synergies in our ever-evolving system and data landscape, to drive innovation with end-to-end visibility for better decision making, automation of operations and new processes that will empower the Supply Chain and Operations teams.
Your Mission

The goal of the newly integrated team is to create more synergies in our ever-evolving system and data landscape, to drive innovation with end-to-end visibility for better decision making, automation of operations and new processes that will empower the Supply Chain and Operations teams.
Your Mission
- Looking multiple years ahead, develop a vision and roadmap that identifies operational and digital solution improvements in Supply Chain, that will build on the company's existing capabilities including Microsoft D365 (ERP), Anaplan (demand and supply planning), InforNexus (order and transportation management), and BI tools (e.g Looker, and HEX)
- Establish a Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (COE) for end to end processes, systems and data analytics & enablement that brings passion and excellence to our team; promote changes, elevate innovation, continuously improve, automate and digitize key processes, and foster closer collaboration across teams
- Collaborate with On's central Technology, IT, Data and PMO teams to secure resources required for development
- Manage Supply Chain's project portfolio, PMO and software budget
- 15+ years total experience; including leadership of a high performing systems and data team, budget ownership (Capex and Opex) and operational supply chain management experience (e.g. but not limited to production, supply, demand, and logistics planning)
- A demonstrated track history of translating strategic vision into new systems and data configurations as well as implementing best in class planning platforms and software
- A passionate leader comfortable leading and growing a team in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective at work with cross-functional stakeholders
