We are looking for an inspiring thought leader in Internal Communications. This role is an exciting challenge to influence how people at On connect to our mission and culture, how they communicate and essentially work together as a global team. Working together with key communications teams in Brand Comms, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, and Investor Relations you will collaborate with key leaders to build a meaningful and human communications roadmap.

Your Mission:
- Develop an integrated communication strategy for our team that brings our culture and mission to life
- Innovate on how to be a thought leader on culture and people topics in the outside world
- Build communication solutions and flows to ensure connectivity and enablement between teams
- Own and innovate key internal communications channels and moments to inspire people and provide the clarity needed on key strategic elements and initiatives across the company
- Provide solutions on the ways people have access to information (including the co-creation of On's very first intranet)
- Work closely with Brand Comms, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, and Investor Relations to ensure strong alignment
- Manage potential crisis or risks as part of the internal communication strategy
- Be the communications expert at On by providing best-practice communications tools to leaders and teams
- You are a real expert in your field, you've worked in the Communications space for at least 8 years and have loved every minute of it
- Experience leading teams - a conscious leader with the vision required to build and manage a team, you inspire the trust and respect of everyone around you
- You understand that leadership is not given - it's earned through hard work and commitment to your team. You live by this and have a track record of building the next generation of leaders
- A positive spirit, you guide, direct and inspire those around you and are excited about maintaining strong relationships between multiple key nodes
- Strong project management skills and track record of complex projects on a global level - you bring in an ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- You believe every problem is solvable, and let creativity mixed with pragmatism lead you to the solution
- With your entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive when you don't have all the answers, you work tirelessly and autonomously in order to turn ideas into reality
- Truly business savvy, you're quick to understand and navigate both risks and opportunities
- Articulate and eloquent, you're completely comfortable when it comes to crafting a message in English (proficiency level)
