We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Global Performance Marketing Lead for our Direct-to-Consumer business. You'll be an integral part of the Global Center of Excellence based in Zurich. You will be working across a cross-functional team with tactics connected to customer acquisition, retention and brand building driving the global business as well as brand growth. Your deep understanding of the ecommerce growth engine and active benchmarking against best in class experiences and practices will set the tone for the future Digital Marketing Strategy.
Your Mission

You will be working across a cross-functional team with tactics connected to customer acquisition, retention and brand building driving the global business as well as brand growth. Your deep understanding of the ecommerce growth engine and active benchmarking against best in class experiences and practices will set the tone for the future Digital Marketing Strategy.
Your Mission
- Power strategic building blocks from a Performance Marketing lens on a global level. Aiming to better understand media investments, channels, audiences and the ECOM engine overall
- Define the swim lanes of the global media budget deployment, performance measurement and the longterm media strategy and investment plan for ECOM
- Oversee global media spend levels and ensure flexibility in our plans to overachieve growth with close collaboration between Controlling, Strategy & Planning and Regional Performance Marketing Leads
- Paint a cohesive picture of how the various channels play together, with close audience and targeting management to stitch together insights across all marketing channels. Be the global thought leader on conversations such as MMM and attribution
- Help regional teams to shape and define the acquisition channel mix and cross-channel investment levels with a close eye on volume and reach, ROAS, profitability, and user journey across channel touchpoints
- Navigate media investment and strategy across the full-funnel by understanding impact on brand media investments into the conversion funnel
- Enable and drive testing and introduction of new growth channels into the channel mix connected to our audience and media strategy
- Own and build the relationship with core partners of the Digital Marketing Industry as well as shaping the future MarTech setup
- You have 7+ years of experience as a digital leader for a fast-paced ecommerce company or similar, ideally having gone through various growth stages
- You have in-depth channel knowledge in Google, Meta, Programmatic media and Above the Line with experience managing and justifying large media investments
- You are a proven thought leader in driving Attribution Modelling and MMM within a multi-national Direct-To-Consumer company
- You have experience with web analytics and visualisation tools to draw meaningful and actionable insights, experience with Looker would be beneficial
- You have proven experience running highly-impactful digital marketing programs and strategies. You have stellar communication and collaboration skills, but love to work hands on
- You have proven experience managing effective digital marketing programs across the full funnel. You have managed acquisition teams and fully know this engine
