KEY INFORMATION
- Start date: April 1st 2025.
- For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
- We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training ~70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
- You have a student status in April 2025 OR graduated in or after February-March 2025
- You have an EU or EEA (European Economic Area) valid passport
We are looking for a Facilities and Office Service Analyst EMEA Intern to join VF EMEA Internship Program.
The Office Service Analyst Intern will support the team in:
- Support on reporting and analysis for Office Services and Facilities management tools
- Support on time planning and cost analysis for offices maintenance interventions
- Set up a digital archive for maintenance contracts monitoring costs, termination and renewal deadlines
- Collect and keep up to date Facilities and office Services documents
- Handling and maintain documents repository tools for Office Services and Facilities
- Learning internal processes and stakeholders responsibilities
At the end of the Trainee period you can expect to have a clear understanding of the below:
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects
- Connect with stakeholders from different countries and backgrounds
- Basic construction technical knowledge
- Relation with external providers
- Knowledge of digital tools for project management and documents repository
