Description du poste

Your role : Assist E-commerce Project Leader & Data Managers to improve the online customer experience on L’Occitane worldwide websites

Missions :
E-commerce customer experience :
- Assist in animating our “Conversion Rate Optimization” club
- Assist in rolling out successful A/B tests on our e-commerce platforms
- Assist in A/B testing new features
- Follow the implementation of new features on the different websites
- Assist the deployment of a website personalization strategy

Digital Analytics
- Assist local markets with GA & GTM usage, supported by central team
- Assist in GA/GTM data quality inspection initiatives
- Assist in defining and deploying a data governance model 
- Participate in projects to ensure GDRP/e-Privacy compliance
- Support social media and content teams with measurement 
- Analyze customer verbatims on a regular basis to highlight pain points and help build a continuous improvements roadmap

Best practices sharing:
- Collect results on local operations and ease sharing between teams
- Ensure best practices are implemented on the different websites
- Benchmark: Perform competitor analysis and report findings

Profil recherché

Education required & position requirements :
- Students - Master level (internship agreement mandatory)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Experience in digital and/or beauty industry
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interest for beauty industry and digital trends.
- Experience with a CMS / basic HTML and CSS skills is a plus.
- Experience with GA and GTM is a plus.
