We are looking for an outstanding Digital Wholesale Account Director to join our The North Face team in Stabio, Switzerland.

Lead and coach strategic key account managers to develop a mutual and beneficial long-term partnership with identified strategic key accounts across EMEA. Responsible for delivering brand and financial goals for our strategic key accounts + pan- European buying groups in line with our overall EMEA strategies and financial plans.

Lead and coach strategic key account managers to develop a mutual and beneficial long-term partnership with identified strategic key accounts across EMEA. What will you do?
Strategic planning: (10%)
- Lead digital wholesale accounts teams to develop a 1-3-year strategic and financial account plan based on the EMEA Strategic imperatives (channel and account focus) in collaboration with supporting functional peers
- Measure & track success thru scorecard metric to be implemented/evolved for the brand strategic / key accounts.
- Develop the digital accounts FY and seasonal sales targets/forecasts based on the FY revenue budget and country Feedback (Bottom up and down approach) working in conjunction with finance, multichannel operations (MCO) and VP sales.
- Monitor business progress by tracking seasonal pre orders participating to weekly calls and appropriates meetings.
- implement and nurture profitability in the way we manage our accounts (P & L in place with top line & profitability goals in place)"
- Meet top accounts and implement strategic meetings, business review processes to create, track and measure plans in a mutual beneficial partnership.
- Make sure you differentiate the pan European accounts by implementing, when possible, SMU program and communicate effectively relevant strategies to country and key account managers.
- Channel product feedback and needs to appropriate product managers.
- Lead and coordinate sales programs as well as various strategic account initiatives with the Sales Ops team (be the first contact for any requests regarding brand strategic / key accounts in your channel)
- Develop a culture of feedback and coaching to support / develop your team members. Influence positively the culture survey results (2x yr) by creating a transparent and collaborative working environment for your team and peers.
- Elevate our digital accounts sales team professionalism by reaching industry standards in terms of account management (process, financial approach, PLM, menu of services).
- Lead the sales academy training program to have consultative trained strategic account and country sales managers and in facto sales force (work with VP sales).
- Work closely with channel directors, operations, finance, and marketing to keep the strategic accounts agenda (process, focus, support) as a priority.
- Meet on weekly basis with VP sales sharing business progress.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
- Experience: must have extensive strategic account management for FMCG or major sport brands.
- Must have a deep knowledge or understanding of the Sportswear and/or lifestyle/fashion industry and values.
- must have a proven ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action
- must have cross functional leadership in order to influence, drive and manage decisions towards customer plans and benefits and strategic results (i.e. revenues, positioning)
- must have the ability to establish an independent view, make significant decisions impacting the organization, and motivate others, especially during difficult situations or on tough organizational issues.
