Description du poste
- Responsible for newsletter creation, proofing and sending
- Assist with updating calendars for DTC Newsletter and marketing activities
- Liaise with copy writer and translation agency for web content understanding the Brand voice and vision on all communications
- Develop and manage EMEA CRM activities, with a key focus on maximising conversion rates, customer engagement, branding and deliverability.
- Collect, develop, and manage local ideas/needs
- Ensure regular upload and management of marketing campaigns into the CRM system, according to specific templates
- Guarantee the proper Data Collection Process and the DB Management through online and retail channels
- Get periodical updates CRM reporting, providing valuable insights on reporting evidences.
- Discuss reporting and CRM performance with internal and external stakeholders
- Direct responsibility of customer retention and reactivation targets.
- Detailed end-to-end management of promotional events, inclusive but not limited to: content and messaging strategy, targeting decisions, user experience, marketing support across all digital marketing channels (including performance), meticulous measurement and takeaways.
- Work with and manage the 3rd party email provider to implement the CRM road map and any new email marketing initiatives.
- Proactively look for ways to enhance customer relationships through CRM communication programmes (i.e. transactional emails and direct marketing strategies).
- Identify, prioritise and champion continuous advancement of email features, including targeting, personalisation and automation and best practice strategies and industry standards.
• At least 2 years of experience working within an E-Comm or Digital Marketing environment
• Deep understanding of the 7 For All Mankind brand
• Language skills: fluent in English, any other language is a plus
• Proven writing and editing skills
• Strong technological & Internet Knowledge
• Experience in working in multicultural teams, excellent ability to work to tight deadlines, excellent attention to detail, enthusiastic, pro-active person who can handle stress and take initiatives.
