What we expect from you

As a department manager, you are an essential part of Massimo Dutti's image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will be a role model for your team as you manage the department to company standards and work closely with the regional team to achieve the shop's goals and support the entire team. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Independently managing the department.

- Optimising the commercial and visual aspects

- Monitoring KPIs and improving sales performance/productivity

- Achievement of budget targets

- Personnel management (selection, planning, development, training)

- Customer and service orientation (high quality customer experience, promotion of excellence)

- Team planning based on sales and demand

- Administrative management, health and safety (department and business)

What you need for the job:

- Advanced level English and basic knowledge of German

- Proven experience in retail management

- Strong business acumen and structured way of working

- Passion for fashion and the latest trends

- Positive attitude and commitment

- Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative and flexibility
