What you will do:
The Cyber-Security Operations Senior Manager provides cyber support for end-to-end Supply Chain Operations. As the ASPAC Senior Manager, you will maintain cyber oversight over crucial security controls, assist in developing and implementing key projects, create strong stakeholder partnerships and operate in a cross-functional team supporting cyber operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct Operational Technology (OT) cyber security assessments across sites, systems, and suppliers.
- Utilize industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST-800-53/82, ISA/IEC-62443) to identify capabilities and technologies to enhance cyber defences.
- Provide recommendations and plans to mitigate identified issues from OT/ICS cybersecurity risk assessments and ICS vulnerability assessments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies.
- Present to critical stakeholders and business leaders.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and vulnerabilities.
- Stay current with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to continuously improve the organization's OT security posture.
- Provide input on security policies and procedures to mitigate cyber security risks.
- Analyze operational monitoring information to identify and resolve security findings.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on OT security best practices and risk management.

What we are looking for:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber-security Information Security or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and web applications
- Technical competency in OT security architecture design, solutions
- Experience with industry-standard security tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Understanding of GMP regulations and how they impact OT cybersecurity practices in manufacturing.
- Data Integrity: Knowledge of regulatory requirements for data integrity, such as those outlined by FDA 21 CFR Part 11 or EU Annex 11.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GICSP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert are preferred.
- Knowledge of GAMP 5 Framework
