Your main missions will be: Post Sale Service Administration:
- Ensure that all Repair Order Forms are entered, monitored and completed in a timely manner. Successfully meet the company's quality standards with regard to completion of all Orders.
- Ensure that all Service orders and Valuation Forms including Engraving, Etching and Embossing are monitored and completed in a timely manner. Ensure customers are advised of the timeframes and all orders successfully meet company's quality standards.Customer Communication and Development:
- Ensure that customer inquiries are being responded to in an appropriate and timely manner
- Apply consultative One to One selling and product knowledge to all customer interactions to develop and build ongoing customer relationships and confidence
- Handle all merchandise with extreme care to ensure safe transfer and postage
- Certify that all correspondence via e mail, royal mail, fax, telephone is responded to within the specified timeframes Cross-Functional Teaming:
- Support management in training employees on post sale service offerings, service timeframes and assisting with ongoing cross training.
- Act as a liaison between customer and the internal departments of the company.
