At a Glance
Support the most exciting and fastest-growing global sports brand with their own retail store and wholesale doors. In this position, you will be among the first hires of the HQ Visual Merchandising Team. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser with expertise in Editorial design and 3D rendering, to build and maintain our global VM Standard. You will be responsible for helping to enhance our brand aesthetic and create a memorable customer shopping experience by executing and maintaining interior and window displays.

Your Team
We are a Trade Marketing team consisting of trade designers, producers, digital experts, rollout specialists and visual merchandisers covering topics related to our own retail and trade marketing at On. Our goal is to deliver a premium and innovative experience to our customers across the globe.

Your Mission

Report directly to HQ VM Lead.

Manage seasonal Window / In-store Guidelines for all channels. Present editorial concepts in clear format and with presentable 2D/3D renders, for internal and external use

Partner with Product VM in coaching and training Regional VM / store line staffs to ensure that Creative meets Business needs.

Support with seasonal VM training, educational material on best practices, and special projects.

Build strong and efficient partnership with HQ Trade Marketing team, contribute to building 360 consumer experience, via store zoning, with clear planning of Campaign, Story-telling and VM.

Partner with Marketing peers on campaign launch.

Work closely with VM lead, on designing and development of VM Tools, e.g. Mannequins, Hangers andAccessories display tools...etc.

Visit relevant markets to provide support in window / in-store VM implementation and to gain a better understanding of Regional / Local cultural requirements.

Regularly research design inspiration in global culture, architecture, fashion, art, furniture and materials.Build and maintain an archive of visual and material inspirations.

Profil recherché

Your Story
  • Strong fashion affinity and knowledge/awareness of the retail industry

  • Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic planning and execution

  • Excellent organiSational and communication skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Interest to work in an international and diverse team and set up to work in interaction with various cultures

  • Ability to manage and multi-task between projects and work streams

  • Ability to be self-reliant and comfortable with decision-making

  • University Graduate or above, preferably in editorial, interior design or other relevant subjects.

  • Minimum 4 years proven work experience as a 2D graphic / 3D space designer or similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English), with direct reports and peers.

  • Must be proficient with all MAC / PC platforms, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and SketchUp, or other 3D softwares. Knowledge in Animation will be a plus.

  • Passion and interest in sustainability and circular business model initiatives

  • Strong organiSational skills with meticulous attention to detail, passion and interest in art, design and fashion.

  • Retail and event planning project experience will be a plus
