The Opportunity
As Commercial Planner / Demand Analyst, you perform an essential role of coordination between Demand Planning, Commercial teams, Customer service and Stock allocation.
This collaboration aims at ensuring proper execution of our deliveries and customer satisfaction for Travel Retail Europe and Middle East.
You will report to the Demand Planning Director TR EMEA.

As Commercial Planner / Demand Analyst, you perform an essential role of coordination between Demand Planning, Commercial teams, Customer service and Stock allocation.
This collaboration aims at ensuring proper execution of our deliveries and customer satisfaction for Travel Retail Europe and Middle East.
You will report to the Demand Planning Director TR EMEA.
What you'll get to do
Reportings
- Navigate through several database (SAP, BIW, IBP, contineo) to extract and format key information.
- Provide weekly reportings, define action plans and ensure follow-up with commercial team.
- Raise awareness about our tools via team trainings.
- Be pro-active by improving existing reportings or by building new one from scratch.
- Answer all the supply chain needs from commercial team (product availability, quotas, stock entrance, blocked orders etc.)
- Ensure data related to orders are up to date (new repack code, on counter date, discontinuation etc.)
- Create and maintain quotas in SAP for new launches and critical items.
- Provide SI SO (sell-in / sell-out) analysis and highlight potential stock issues at our retailers
- Analyze rejected orders to improve customer satisfaction / fill rate
- Provide meaningful demand analysis to help demand planners.
- Performs other related duties as required. The tasks listed above are not exhaustive and may be reconsidered according to the needs of the department.
- Experience: Min. 2 years' experience in Supply Chain including but not limited to inventory management, sales forecasting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Education: University degree in Supply Chain, Sales, Economics or Business' related discipline.
- Languages: Fluent in English - French recommended and Spanish a plus.
- Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). PowerQuery / PowerBI and SAP are a plus.
